WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to leverage the capabilities of software applications to solve business problems and achieve business goals.
  • Analyze and document business needs and requirements.
  • Based on business needs and requirements, document changes to existing software applications and/or recommend new software applications.
  • Document technology solutions including requirements, technical specifications, and user interface.
  • When selecting new software applications, evaluate new system capabilities and features and assess how well they meet business requirements.
  • Ensure adoption of delivered technology solutions through training and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Proactively engage business stakeholders in continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the organization's data governance efforts.
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLSET, & ABILITIES

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems/Computer Science or bachelor's degree in another discipline coupled with equivalent work experience
  • At least three (3) years of experience writing SQL queries, views, and stored procedures
  • At least two (2) years of experience with each of the following:
  • AMS/CRM systems and software
  • Microsoft SSRS report development
  • Diagramming software such as Visio or Lucidchart
  • Wireframe software such as Balsamiq or Lucidchart
  • Strong understanding of database design fundamentals and entity relationship modeling
  • Experience with data governance principles, content governance, data quality, data integrity, and data hygiene
  • Experience with user requirements, documentation, and end-user training
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer interaction skills
  • Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with business stakeholders
  • Proven analytical, logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
