WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- On-board participants to successfully complete PAREA program requirements
- Register PAREA participants, act as a concierge for participant, mentor, and grader interactions, and assist with scheduling mentor check-ins
- Respond to inquiries and questions on the PAREA program
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to PAREA participants, mentors, and graders; escalate Tier 2 support tickets to other support departments
- Administer and maintain PAREA participant information within AI's association management system
- Track participant progress towards PAREA program completion and post-program obtaining appraiser licensed or certified credentials
- Ensure PAREA website is current and includes state-specific PAREA requirements
- Track and report on key PAREA program metrics and grant requirements
- Coordinate requests from core partners
- Coordinate virtual training workshops for mentors and graders and core partner organizations
- All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLSET, & ABILITIES
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience
- Customer service mindset with exceptional customer service skills
- Tier 1 technical support knowledge and skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Zoom, GoToWebinar, Microsoft Tools - Office 365, Word, OneDrive, Teams, etc.
- Able to learn and use an association management system (AMS) proficiently; Netforum experience a plus
- Able to learn and use AI's learning management system (LMS), Canvas, and issue reporting/tracking software
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Able to independently prioritize assignments, organize and plan work to meet deadlines; 1 - 2 years of project management experience a plus
- Able to pivot quickly and adjust to changing priorities
