  • On-board participants to successfully complete PAREA program requirements
  • Register PAREA participants, act as a concierge for participant, mentor, and grader interactions, and assist with scheduling mentor check-ins
  • Respond to inquiries and questions on the PAREA program
  • Provide Tier 1 technical support to PAREA participants, mentors, and graders; escalate Tier 2 support tickets to other support departments
  • Administer and maintain PAREA participant information within AI's association management system
  • Track participant progress towards PAREA program completion and post-program obtaining appraiser licensed or certified credentials
  • Ensure PAREA website is current and includes state-specific PAREA requirements
  • Track and report on key PAREA program metrics and grant requirements
  • Coordinate requests from core partners
  • Coordinate virtual training workshops for mentors and graders and core partner organizations
  • All other duties as assigned


  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service and/or administrative experience
  • Customer service mindset with exceptional customer service skills
  • Tier 1 technical support knowledge and skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Zoom, GoToWebinar, Microsoft Tools - Office 365, Word, OneDrive, Teams, etc.
  • Able to learn and use an association management system (AMS) proficiently; Netforum experience a plus
  • Able to learn and use AI's learning management system (LMS), Canvas, and issue reporting/tracking software
  • Accurate and detail-oriented
  • Able to independently prioritize assignments, organize and plan work to meet deadlines; 1 - 2 years of project management experience a plus
  • Able to pivot quickly and adjust to changing priorities
